This past weekend I got to work as a second shooter with Christine Enna Photography at St. George’s-by-the-River in Rumson, NJ and The Navesink Country Club in Red Bank. It was a beautiful, elegant wedding, and the majority of the photographs were shot at the bride’s sister-in-law’s house on an offshoot of the river. I’ve photographed several times at Navesink Country Club, but this is the first time we took the bride groom down to the stables to shoot in front of the barns. I got to drive the golf cart – luckily we made it in one piece, especially since the road to the stables was winding downhill the entire way.
I normally process my photos in a very classic, rich style, yet I really felt that these were just begging for a rustic, vintage feel to them. They have a completely different feel than any of the other photos we shot that day, so I felt they deserved their own post. Of course I will follow up with a post including all the others, but here are a few of the shots at the stables.
